Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** + Partner closely with HR, Strategy, Finance, and Operations teams to design and implement cutting edge approaches to workforce planning tools, analyses, and applications. + Oversee data automation, pipelines, and quality assurance in support of analytics and data science projects. + Build data products, dashboards, and analytics relevant to workforce planning, and continually enhance the quality, accuracy, utility of those products. + Utilize advanced statistical techniques (linear and non-linear modeling, machine learning, time series and forecast modeling) to gain insights from data and contribute to workforce strategy. + Serves as a technical consultant and translates highly technical information to numerous audiences, including to executives, stakeholders, and less-experienced associates. + Conduct high quality research and leverage complex statistical techniques to maximize insight and accuracy. #Ll-Remote **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate´sdegree/Bachelor´s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** + Previous experience with SQL, Tableau, Python/R, and Statistics **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
